I want to my office job and start a Vietnamese restaurant. Unfortunately, I don’t know how to prepare a single Vietnamese dish, which is pretty amazing accomplishment as I’ve been eating it for decades. And most of that was cooked in the very house I lived in. It also happens to be my favorite cuisine. This blog aims to document my learning process.
